Where is my mind?

Day 1155.
The last few weeks I feel like my brain is made of cotton candy.

The school run
Monday mornings we normally plan who is picking up our son on which days. Lately I have really been struggling with keeping my schedule straight.
I end up asking the husband 4 or 5 times before we leave the house: so, who is doing pickup again? He probably thinks I am losing my marbles. He is definitely noticing.
Last Monday I left to go and pickup my son from school in the afternoon. As the bell rings for the end of the school day, I look up and there is the husband. I had messed up the schedule, and it was his turn to do pickup. Luckily we were both there, as opposed to neither of us being there.
My swipe card
I am misplacing my swipe card at the office numerous times a day.
I walk to the kitchen to make tea, and a few hours later I realise that I don’t have my swipe card anymore. I immediately think I forgot it at home, but then I find it in the kitchen while making my next cup of tea.
I arrived at the office after the weekend, but have to ask someone to let me in as I forgot my swipe card at home. While on my way to the kitchen I find my swipe card on my desk - I forgot it there on Friday.
I cycle home and put my swipe card in my cycling bag. I then forget to take it out of the cycling bag, and have to ask my colleagues to let me in again.
It is so frustrating!
My phone
I forgot my phone at home when running out the door for work. I only realised this when I got to work. That’s a nightmare with how much I need to use the Authenticator app on my phone, and the number of calls I needed to make.
What is going on?
My work is quite busy at the moment with 3 large projects on the go. So is it just stress causing forgetfulness? Is my brain just too full? Or is it brain fog from some low level inflammation?
Who knows.
